Reporting a problem
If a tool isn't working correctly, please include:
- The name of the tool and the URL of the page
- Your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and version
- Whether you're on desktop or mobile
- A clear description of what you expected vs what happened
If a file conversion produced a wrong result, please describe the issue — but never email the file itself unless we specifically request it.
Requesting a new tool
Have an idea for a new utility? Tell us what it should do, who'd use it, and where you've seen something similar. Tools that can run entirely in the browser are easiest to add. Server-side tools may be on the roadmap but take longer.
Privacy & data requests
Because TheCalculatorHubs doesn't process or store your files, there's nothing on our servers to access, export, or delete. If you have questions about our privacy policy, the email above reaches us.
Copyright
TheCalculatorHubs does not host user-generated content. If you believe content displayed on the site infringes a copyright you own, email the address above with details.
Advertising
Advertising on TheCalculatorHubs is served exclusively through Google AdSense. We do not run direct ad placements at this time.
Response time
TheCalculatorHubs is run by a small independent team. We aim to reply to every email within three working days, though complex bug reports and feature requests may take longer to investigate properly. If your message is urgent — for example a security issue — please mention "urgent" in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
Languages
We can read and reply in English. If you write in another language, we'll do our best to understand using a translation tool, but a clear English summary helps us respond faster and more accurately.
What to include in your message
For the fastest possible reply, please tell us which tool your question relates to, what device and browser you're using, and a clear description of the problem or request. Screenshots are welcome — attach them to your email — but please do not send the actual files you were processing unless we specifically ask for them, since the whole point of TheCalculatorHubs is that those files stay on your device.
