Privacy Policy

The short version

Your files are never uploaded. Every tool on TheCalculatorHubs — image compression, PDF merging, calculators, photo resizers — runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and the Canvas API. No file you process here is ever transmitted to our servers, because we don't have servers that handle files. There's nowhere for them to go.

What we collect

We do not require an account, an email address, or any personal information to use any tool on this website. We do not collect, store, or process the contents of files you compress, convert, merge, split, resize, or otherwise transform on this site.

localStorage (your browser only)

To make the site more useful, we save a small amount of data inside your own browser using the localStorage API. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us or any third party.

• Recently used tools — a list of the last few tools you opened, so we can show them in the "Recently Used" sidebar.
• Last-used inputs — settings like quality preferences, target file size, or tab selection so you don't have to set them again next time.

You can clear this data at any time using your browser's "Clear site data" or "Clear browsing data" feature.

Cookies

TheCalculatorHubs itself does not set any first-party cookies. However, the third-party services described below may set cookies — see their privacy policies for details.

Third-party services

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

TheCalculatorHubs uses Google AdSense to display advertising. The following disclosures are made in compliance with Google AdSense program policies:

Google Analytics

TheCalculatorHubs uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymous information about page visits, device type, country, and referring source. We do not link this data to any personally identifiable information. Users can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Fonts

The website uses Google Fonts to load the Plus Jakarta Sans typeface. When your browser fetches the font files, your IP address is visible to Google. See Google's privacy policy.

JavaScript libraries from CDNs

Some tool pages lazy-load JavaScript libraries (pdf-lib, pdf.js, JSZip) from public CDNs such as jsDelivr and Cloudflare. Your browser's IP address is visible to those CDNs while a library is being downloaded. The libraries we use are open source and process files only inside your browser — they never transmit file contents anywhere.

EU users — GDPR notice

If you are accessing this website from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Because TheCalculatorHubs does not collect personal data directly, the only way data about you is processed is via Google AdSense and Google Analytics — both controlled by Google LLC. You can exercise your data subject rights through Google directly using the Google Data & Privacy dashboard.

California users — CCPA notice

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of personalized advertising via Google, visit Google's Ads Settings.

Data we don't collect

• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact info.
• We do not collect file contents, file names, or file metadata.
• We do not run server-side analytics that record per-user activity.
• We do not sell or share user data with brokers, advertisers, or third parties.

Children's privacy

TheCalculatorHubs is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted in a banner on the homepage for at least seven days.
